Unique Features of a FootSTUD

The Foot & Ankle STUD provides an anatomically detailed model for surgical training, featuring key bones such as the tibia, fibula, talus, and fused foot bones. It includes essential ligament structures, like the superficial and deep deltoid ligaments, ATFL, PTFL, CFL, and anterior/posterior tibiofibular ligaments, offering a realistic platform for practicing ligament repair and other surgical techniques.

This model also incorporates the ankle capsule, a simplified subtalar capsule, and the superior and inferior extensor retinaculum. Musculature and tendons, including the tibialis anterior, extensor hallucis longus (EHL), and extensor digitorum longus (EDL), are represented for enhanced realism. With radiolucent soft tissue and skin, the Foot & Ankle STUD ensures clear imaging while maintaining lifelike surgical conditions, making it an essential tool for advanced foot and ankle surgery training.
